Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo, an American author and actress. She started her career in soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she was in a number of roles supporting primetime TV. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in The Bronx NY) is an American actress and singer. Navedo's career in acting started with soap operas. She starred in the ABC soap show One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. The show was relaunched as Guiding Light, a CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her career began as a film actress with a role on the show Girl 6 (1996), and later, she was a part of seasons of New York Undercover (1997) and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo starred in NBC's crime drama Law & Order for a regular role as the detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. In the following season, he played Detective Ana Cordova on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo was also in a variety of other movies, such as El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy and How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to 2013. Superfast!, a comedy movie in which she starred. The parody movie of The Fast and the Furious series was released in the year 2015. Navedo started her acting career in the world of daytime soap operas. From 1995 until 1997, she played Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, she became Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap drama Guiding Light. Her film debut was in the role of a minor character Girl 6 (1996). She then guest-starred on episodes of New York Undercover, The District and The District. In 2001 Navedo was a co-star in the action film Double Take.
